Based on your todays SAP ByD scope and usage pattern, we will guide you through a discovery workshop, explaining the capabilities of SAP’s S/4 HANA portfolio. Together with you and your business users, we will define the scope of your S/4 HANA implementation. We will consider your integration points to other systems as well as your extensions and add-ons.
As an outcome of the discovery you will get:
Within the delivery phase we will deliver the project backlog defined in the discovery phase and your defined acceptance criteria.
The delivery will happen in sprints with two weeks. Every second week we present the results in a Show & Tells session (including a manual test case description). Within this session we hand over the finalized user stories to your business user for acceptance testing. When the user story passes the test by the your business user, an automated test case will be created and handed over for ensuring the stability of the delivered features. These test cases can be used for the future releases of your S/4 HANA Public Cloud solution as well.
Within the delivery phase we are doing several tests, including delta migrations to ensure a switch over to the new solution within an optimized downtime window, ensuring no business impact. After a successful smoke test, we will handover the solution to your business and we will support you for the next 4 weeks with a special hypercare workforce.
