How?
In the pre-processing phase, the project team interviews the customer to understand the current solution landscape and some of the cornerstones that the customer has already decided on.
Depending on your current solutions, we provide a tool for the customer to collect some technical information about the scope, sizing and usage behaviour.
The collected technical data is provided to us by the customer via file download. This step ensures that no business-relevant data is transferred.
In the processing phase, we analyse the current solution (scope, changes, enhancements, etc.).
Based on the current solution, we map it to the scope items of the future solution in S/4HANA and the possible surrounding systems in the future solution. If there is more than one option, we offer it.
As a result of the processing phase, we conduct a workshop with you (2-4 hours).
During this workshop, we will explain the various options to you and make a fact-based recommendation.Based on the workshop and the Migration Pre-Assessment document that we provide you after the workshop, you can determine the next steps, the required budget, the overall timeline and the total effort for your organisation.
Based on the deliverables, we will provide you with a fixed price quote for a detailed Discovery Phase.
