Initiate

Discover
After the Discover phase we provide you an implementation-ready solution design and architecture documentation to ensure rapid project implementation and a fixed price offer for the project. Add-ons are defined for specific features and functions.

Implement
Delivery is done in 2-weeks’ sprint cycles to provide usable software. After each sprint show and tell sessions are scheduled to demonstrate the implemented software which is followed by user acceptance tests. Finally test automation is created to ensure the highest quality.
The complete project documentation will be synced with SAP CALM to ensure SAP has all the insides from the implementation

Cooldown
During the Cooldown phase we hand over the project documentation and future run-books to the customer. We offer different formats for the documents as well as interfaces the most common generic project tools for documentation purposes. on your needs. We train your users via customer video material which will be handed over to you for future trainings as well.
The training material can be delivered in multiple languages. Ask us for in-person trainings, we offer this as well.
Hyper Care is available for the Going Live phase of the solution.
We offer Continuous Run as an option for the customer to choose after Go Live. This will guarantee you that your solution implementation will stay always state-of-the-art and fits to the potential adjustments of your business in the future.
